Mr. Hawley is responsible for the administrative and financial operations of Select Management, as well as those communities currently managed.<\/p>\n

Mr. Hawley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Kentucky University and a master of accountancy from Bowling Green University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida, a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and a licensed real estate sales executive.<\/p>\n

Aaron has been with Select since 2002. He has been involved with maintenance work, coordinating, maintenance management, community management, and sales during his 20+ years on our team. My strengths include: cultivating relationships with our many individual unit owners and the various members of the Boards of Directors, verbal communication, bringing a logical approach to solving community problems drawing on education, as well as practical experience, as well as researching solutions to problems that require other professionals to address. My activities require a \u201chands-on\u201d analysis and physical presence when addressing issues. I believe these strengths make me a valuable asset for the company and the communities we serve.<\/p>\n

Teresa comes to Select with extensive experience having worked with Condominium and Homeowners Associations since 2008. She handles all phases of community management, fostering cooperation and programs to keep the communities peaceful and tranquil places with reduced stress for members of the community.<\/p>\n

Jim says he\u2019s found a home here at Select with such an amazing team that feels like family. His previous property management experience was here in Ann Arbor and in Atlanta, GA. His organization and communication skills are what make him an asset to any community.<\/p>\n

Leor is an accountant, assisting the team in any areas regarding a community’s finances. He joined the Select team at the start of 2020. Leor holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University, focusing on both Managerial Accounting and Auditing as well as a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Economics from EMU, passing the actuarial Probability Exam, as well as earning a certification in Audio Production and Engineering.<\/p>\n

His previous experience includes being an assistant teacher and manager of a private school in Early Childhood Education for 18 years. Since childhood, his intersts have always related to math, music, and personal fitness.<\/p>\n
